Distance Selling Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”);

This agreement is established electronically between Vidalita (“Seller”), which provides services through the website vidalita.com , and the natural or legal person (“Buyer”) who purchases products through the site.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of skin, body, and hair care products ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller's website.


3. Product Information

The purchased products;

  • Type,

  • Quantity,

  • Sale price,

  • The total amount including taxes,

  • Payment and delivery information

This is clearly presented to the Buyer during the ordering process and in the order confirmation email.


4. Prices and Payment

  • Product prices are the prices valid at the time of ordering.

  • Payment is made through secure payment infrastructure offered on the website.

  • Credit card information is not stored or recorded by Vidalita.


5. Delivery and Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days following payment confirmation.

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Buyer during the order process.

  • The Seller is responsible for any delays that may occur during the shipping process, except for situations caused by the shipping company.


6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1 General Rule

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days of the delivery date, in accordance with Law No. 6502.

6.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

However , cosmetic and personal care products are prohibited for hygiene and health reasons;

  • The packaging has been opened .

  • Used ,

  • The protective tape has been removed.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for these products .

Therefore, returns and refunds are not accepted for opened products .


7. Return Conditions

  • Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in a resalable condition.

  • Return requests must be submitted in writing to info@vidalitabeauty.com .

  • Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.


8. Defective Products

The delivered product;

If this occurs, the Buyer shall notify the Seller of the situation within a reasonable time of delivery. For products found to be defective as a result of inspection, an exchange or refund process will be initiated.


9. Force Majeure

Natural disasters, strikes, fires, wars, infrastructure failures, and other situations beyond the Seller's control are considered force majeure. In such cases, the Seller cannot be held liable for its obligations.


10. Personal Data

The recipient's personal data is processed and protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Disclosure Statement .


11. Competent Court

In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade;

12. Entry into force

By placing an order through the website, the buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Distance Sales Agreement.

The contract enters into force on the date it is approved electronically.
