2. Delivery Time

Orders placed through Vidalita are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation is received.
Public holidays and weekends are not counted as working days.
Delivery times may experience minor changes during campaign and peak periods.

3. Shipping Process

Orders are shipped via Vidalita's contracted shipping companies.
Tracking information for shipped orders will be shared with the buyer via email.
The shipping company is responsible for any delays that may occur during the shipping process.

4. Delivery Address

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Buyer during the order process.
Vidalita is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.
The buyer must notify us of any address changes before the order is shipped.

5. Things to Consider During Delivery

The package should be checked for damage upon delivery.
Damaged packages should not be accepted, and a damage report should be filed with the delivery person.
Vidalita cannot be held responsible for damages discovered after delivery.

6. Undeliverable Orders

The recipient is not at the address.
The address is incomplete or incorrect.

In such cases, the order will be returned by the shipping company. Any additional shipping costs incurred in this situation may be charged to the Buyer.

7. Force Majeure

Delivery times may be extended in the event of force majeure events beyond Vidalita's control, such as natural disasters, strikes, fires, wars, or infrastructure problems. The Buyer will be informed in such cases.

8. International Shipments

Unless otherwise stated, Vidalita only delivers within Türkiye. Information regarding international shipping options will be shared separately when they become available.
